We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you aren’t, you may request that your returned item(s) be considered for a full refund if they are returned within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.
Please note that if items are not returned in the condition that they were sent in (tags must remain intact, the item must be unworn and unwashed), then we are unable to offer a refund or store credit. Final sale (marked down) merchandise and intimates may not be returned or refunded.
Once Escape Outdoors receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, a refund will be issued in the amount paid for the item.
If an out of stock item is ordered, Escape Outdoors reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates, delivery times, and available services are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Escape Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Returns for refund or exchange are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original condition.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box or poly bag. Returns may be rejected if the original shoe box is damaged.
Final sale items and intimates are not eligible for return.
Once received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued for the amount paid.
