Returns
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, you may request that your returned item(s) be considered for refund or exchange if they are returned within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.
Please note that if items are not returned in the condition that they were sent in (tags must remain intact, the item must be unworn and unwashed), then we are unable to offer store credit. Shoes are required to be returned in their original box inside a shipping box or poly bag to protect them during the return process. If there is any damage to the original shoe box, your return may be rejected. Final sale (marked down) merchandise and intimates may not be returned or refunded.
Once Escape receives and inspects returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, a refund will be issued in the amount paid for the item.
If an out of stock item is ordered, Escape Outdoors reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered. Please note that an item listed as $0 is not currently available and we will be unable to fulfill that item.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a store credit or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
